1. Customer Cancellations & Refunds:

• More than 7 days before the tour → Full refund or free rescheduling.

• 3 to 7 days before the tour → 50% refund or rescheduling based on availability.

 • Less than 48 hours before the tour → No refund; rescheduling may be considered in special cases.

• No-show or late arrival → No refund, and rescheduling is not available.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

• If the company cancels due to severe weather, unsafe river conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• If a tour starts but is cut short due to safety reasons, a partial refund may be offered, depending on the situation.

3. Special Cases

• Customers who need to cancel due to medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances should contact the company as soon as possible. Refunds or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Group bookings may have separate cancellation terms, depending on the size of the group and the advance notice given.

1. Reservation & Payment •

Customers can book Activity tours online, via phone, or email. • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.• A confirmation email with tour details, meeting points, and preparation guidelines will be sent after booking.• Group bookings (large families, corporate teams, etc.) may require advance reservations and a customized payment plan.

2. Participant Requirements•

Minimum age and physical condition requirements apply (varies by tour).• All participants must sign a waiver and safety agreement before the tour. Children must be accompanied by a guardian.Pregnant individuals or those with serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before participating.

3. Equipment & Safety

• All necessary water sports gear (helmets, life jackets, wetsuits, etc.) will be provided.

• Participants must follow guide instructions for safety.

• The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. Weather & Conditions

• Outdoor Activity tours operate in most weather conditions, but extreme weather (heavy storms, flooding) may lead to cancellations or modifications.

• If river conditions become unsafe, the company may reschedule, modify, or cancel the tour for safety reasons. .

5. Arrival & Check-In

• Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15–30 minutes before the tour starts.

• Late arrivals may miss the tour without a refund.

★About clothing and belongings for water sports

★ ①We will be wearing a wetsuit or dry suits or wet suits , so please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet (T-shirt, shorts, leggings, swimsuit, rash guard, swim trunks, etc.

②A set of clothes to change into when you get wet

③ Towel

④If you wear glasses, straps, etc. (We recommend disposable contact lenses)

※We will provide Drysuit / wetsuits, shoes, and other gear, but if your shoes are smaller than 22 cm, please bring your own sneakers (sandals not allowed). ------------------------------------ *

※ Please avoid cotton materials. (We recommend quick-drying clothes.)

※ Please Aviod jeans wear, for all Water sport activities.

※For safety reasons, (cameras, mobile phones, electronic device etc.) are not allowed on the river for the customer.
